Epic fail, yup. She came out distorted and creepy. Well, it kind of has the same colours, except for the contour. 
I'm sorry. 
(Even that I got help from an incredible person didn't make her face expression to be adequate enough) 
(Okay, I'll just go right to this comfortable corner, sit and shiver, sobbing quietly sometimes) 
(No anyone's OCs anymore, everything I'm able to do is just making people feel sad about their characters has been drawn by me. Sorry;_; )

I love the way you color bright hair. It can be really hard to do at times and you did it really well to fit your style and the OC. Really great work and I love all the colors. Her arm does look stiff however. Remember that arms bend naturally. Using short strokes if you sketch out your stuff before coloring can sometimes fix the stiffness.
